Las Olas River House redefined the Fort Lauderdale skyline when it was completed in 2005. It is a 42-story, 287 residence tower which stands out for being the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale. The building is clad in blue glass and is one of the most dramatic and distinctive in the area. 

Las Olas River House occupies an entire city block along fashionable Las Olas Boulevard, in downtown Fort Lauderdale, with views of the river, the ocean and the city. The building boasts floor-to-ceiling glass and private elevators, and every unit has views in at least two directions. 

The building includes a 10,000 square foot glass-walled fitness center overlooking the New River, which is available exclusively for residents. Two beautifully landscaped free-form swimming pools on a 60,000 square foot deck are surrounded by air-conditioned cabanas that include full baths and kitchenettes. 

Other noteworthy features include storage and hobby rooms which are available for purchase and are outfitted with full baths, kitchenettes and windows. The building also has on-site offices, guest quarters, a putting green, lounge, library, wine cellar, dining and entertaining rooms with catering kitchens, a riverside cafe and things one might need in a store.
